RF Microneedling with PDRN
Designed to tighten, stimulate collagen, and improve your skin texture — delivered with precision and care.
What Is RF Microneedling?
More Than Microneedling
RF Microneedling combines the controlled micro-injuries of traditional needling with the added power of radiofrequency energy — delivered precisely beneath the skin’s surface using the Melia RF device.
This treatment creates controlled micro-channels while delivering heat into deeper tissue layers, triggering collagen and elastin production. PDRN (Salmon DNA): a regenerative ingredient derived from purified DNA fragments, is applied through those channels to accelerate healing, reduce inflammation, and improve how the skin rebuilds. The result is firmer, smoother skin with more consistent, longer-lasting outcomes.
"This isn't just a treatment. It's a more intelligent way for your skin to heal."

common questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Is RF Microneedling safe?
Yes. RF Microneedling has an established safety profile across a wide range of skin types. At Pendeza, all treatments are performed by licensed professionals using the Melia RF device, which allows for precise, controlled delivery of both microneedles and radiofrequency energy. Your provider will review your full medical history before recommending treatment.
Is RF Microneedling painful?
Topical numbing cream may be applied before your session, making the procedure comfortable for the vast majority of clients. Most describe it as mild warmth or pressure — not pain.
When will I see results?
You may notice initial improvements in texture and tone within a few days. Collagen production continues over time, with ongoing improvement over several weeks and with a series of treatments.
Is it the right treatment for me?
That’s exactly what your consultation is for. Your provider will review your skin, your goals, and your timeline — and give you an honest recommendation.
What pairs well with this treatment?
Yes. This treatment is often part of a broader plan and may be combined with other therapies to enhance results.
Upgrade in the same session: RF Microneedling with PDRN is already the enhanced version of standard RF Microneedling — the PDRN serum absorbs deeply through the micro-channels created during treatment, where it accelerates healing, reduces post-treatment redness, and boosts cellular repair.
Build a treatment series: This treatment pairs well with a chemical peel or dermabrasion when spaced as part of a customized plan. Peels address surface texture and tone; dermabrasion smooths and resurfaces — both complement the deeper collagen work this treatment does. Your provider will recommend the right sequence and timing based on your skin goals.
