What Is Sermorelin Therapy?

Sermorelin is a prescription peptide that signals your pituitary gland to release growth hormone — the hormone your body already produces on its own. It is not growth hormone, and it is not a supplement you can buy off a shelf. It’s a prescription medication, which means it begins with a medical evaluation and stays under provider supervision from start to finish.
At Pendeza, sermorelin is never a walk-in service. Every patient begins with a consultation and a full medical history review so your provider can determine whether this therapy is appropriate for you at all. Some people aren’t candidates. We’d rather tell you that at the first visit than after you’ve started.

How the Program Works
- Consultation: A full sit-down with your licensed medical provider. Medical history, current medications and supplements, what you’re hoping to change, and any lab work your provider orders. This visit determines whether you’re a candidate. It is not a formality on the way to a prescription.
- Clearance & Consent: If you’re cleared, you’ll review and sign two consent forms: one general treatment consent, and one specific to compounded medication. Your provider will walk you through what compounded means and answer your questions before you sign anything.
- In-Office Visits: Your injections are administered in the office by your provider. This is where the program differs from a mail-order model — someone is looking at you, asking how the week went, and catching problems while they’re small.
- Ongoing Monitoring: Scheduled check-ins to review how you’re responding, adjust as needed, or stop. Monitoring isn’t an upsell, it’s the part that makes this a medical therapy instead of a mail-order product.

How is this different from ordering sermorelin online?
